• To evaluate and process your job application and, where applicable, carry out the necessary steps for the selection and hiring of personnel; unless you indicate otherwise, your information will be retained for one year for the purposes indicated, so it is your responsibility to keep it up to date.
• To notify you of job openings that match your profile and may be of interest to you. The data necessary for this purpose will be retained indefinitely, until, if applicable, you inform us of your wish to have it deleted or your desire to stop receiving such communications.
• Similarly, when you have given your consent, your data will be processed to send you, by any means—including electronically—information prepared and sent by DOYOUBIKE regarding the job market, advice and recommendations on how to handle an interview, tips for the hiring process, market trends, etc. The data necessary for this purpose will be retained indefinitely until, if applicable, you inform us of your wish to have it deleted or your desire to stop receiving such communications.

The data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law, in which case it may be disclosed to public authorities, courts, and tribunals in the instances provided for by law.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING?

The legal basis for DOYOUBIKE’s processing of your data is your consent to evaluate and manage your resume and, where applicable, to send you informational communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time; however, doing so would mean that your application could not be considered in our recruitment processes or that you would no longer receive these communications. However, if you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to that time.

WHAT RIGHTS DOES THE DATA SUBJECT HAVE?

Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, and transfer their data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing.
