Rent a city bike and start your tour of Valencia without having to go to a store to pick it up.
Book Online
Choose how many bikes you need, the date, the rental period, and the pickup and drop-off options. You can rent them for anywhere from 1 day to 1 month.
Choose where and when
When making your reservation, please specify the location in Valencia and the time you'd like to pick them up. We'll leave them in a suitable parking spot as close as possible.
Complete the warranty
After paying for your reservation, you will receive a link to authorize a temporary hold of 50 € per bike. You must complete this step before pickup.
Get the code and start pedaling
Before the scheduled time, we'll send you the exact location and the combination for the combination lock. Go to the indicated location, unlock your bike, and enjoy Valencia.

We'll find a suitable place to leave the bikes as close as possible to the location you choose, and we'll let you know the final location before pickup.

How much does bike delivery cost?
The Click & Collect surcharge is a flat fee per reservation, regardless of how many bikes you rent. It is added to the rental price based on the dates and duration you select.

How do you return the bikes?
If you chose to return the item in-store
Return the bicycles to any of the three DOYOUBIKE RENTAL stores during their business hours and before the rental period expires.
If you chose to pick up at the same location
Leave the bicycles at the agreed-upon location, properly parked and secured with a lock. Take a photo showing the locked bicycle and send it by replying to the email address we used to contact you.
The pickup-at-location option does not allow you to change it to a third, different location.

How does the €50 preauthorization work?
To activate Click & Collect delivery, you must complete a bank preauthorization of €50 per bicycle after paying for your reservation.
This amount is not an additional charge: it is a temporary security deposit. Once the rental period has ended and we have verified that the bicycles are in good condition, we will release the deposit.
Depending on your bank, it may take approximately 1 to 3 days for the amount to become available again.

Frequently Asked Questions About Click & Collect
Can you leave the bikes near my hotel or apartment?
Yes, as long as it's within the city of Valencia. You'll let us know the location, and we'll find a suitable place to park them as close as possible. You'll receive the exact location before pickup.
Do I need to go to a store to pick up my bike?
No. We'll send you the exact location and the combination for the combination lock before your scheduled pickup time so you can pick it up on your own.
Can I choose any pickup time?
You can specify your preferred time when making the reservation. The bike will be ready at the location you provided before that time, according to your confirmed reservation.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
You must reserve the service at least 24 hours in advance.
Is the €40 or €60 fee per bicycle?
No. It is a flat fee per reservation, regardless of the number of bicycles. The rental price for the bicycles is calculated separately.
What bikes are available, and for how long?
The service is currently available for city bikes. The minimum rental period is one day, and the maximum is one month.
Where can I return the bikes?
If you choose the €40 rate, you can return them to any of our three stores during business hours and before the rental period ends. With the €60 rate, leave them locked at the agreed-upon location and send us a photo by email.
Is the €50 deduction an additional payment?
No. It is a temporary bank preauthorization of €50 per bike. We release it after checking the bike's condition at the end of the rental. The time it takes for the amount to become available depends on the bank and usually takes between one and three days.
What happens if I don't complete the preauthorization?
We will not be able to deliver the bicycles until this is completed. If it remains pending, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
What should I do if I have problems with the lock or can't find my bike?
In your reservation, you'll find the phone number and email address to contact us for instructions and assistance.
How far in advance should I request a cancellation or change?
You must request it at least 24 hours in advance, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to your reservation.
